The Takeover

All of Unit 21 at 1250 Library St., for one production. 58 by 50 feet, 12-foot ceilings, both bays, the lounge, the four hot desks, hair and makeup, and the entry. The gear cage is booked separately.

$240 an hour, four hour minimum. A full public day is $1,500. Bookings take a 50% deposit to hold the date.

Good for: commercials and brand shoots with a full crew, multi-set content days, media days, workshops, screenings and private events that end by 10 p.m.

What the crew gets: both sets, a place to stage, hair and makeup with vanity and racks, hardline fiber internet. Freight elevator access can be scheduled through us.
