Co-Founder
EP, Director, DP, editor/colorist. Runs day-to-day operations of the campus and the production company. Carries the building relationships (Carletons, MEDC, Detroit Business Development) and the founding partnership with Palladium: the operational assets that unlock incentives, capital intros, and credibility with city and state stakeholders.
Troy Anderson
Co-Founder
Since 2013, Troy has covered more than 300 professional sporting events across the NHL, NFL, PWHL, and NCAA, including the Stanley Cup Final (2022-present), the NHL and NFL Drafts, and the NFC Championship Game. His work extends well beyond sports as videographer, photographer, PA, live content contributor, producer, project coordinator, editor, and director. Since 2022 he has served as Marketing Manager at Iron Fish Distillery, helping grow it into one of Michigan's leading craft spirits brands.
Steven Stark
Co-Founder
DP, director, and editor for over a decade across Michigan. DP credits include the Detroit Lions, NFL, ESPN, and FOX. Production work for the UFC. High-end camera craft and post discipline: exactly the senior practitioner emerging creatives are built to learn alongside.
